Delivery and Technical Support

 

  • We cover West Wales: from Angle in Pembrokeshire, Aberystwyth in Ceredigion and Ammanford in Carmarthenshire. We call them the 3 As – and wherever you are within that triangle, we can deliver to you.
  • Order before 10am and we will endeavour to deliver to you the same day*. If not, your order will be with you the following day, subject to availability. We hope you’ll understand that we can’t offer the ‘same day’ service to those outlets on the offshore islands.

    Technical Support

     

  • Our area representatives and experienced tele-sales team are on hand to offer advice and support where things don’t quite go to plan.
  • In many cases we will contact your principle brewer on your behalf to report dispensing issues or advise you how to resolve the issue.
  • If you experience dispensing issues outside of office hours, we advise our clients to call their principle brewer direct using the numbers listed below, a printed copy of the poster is available upon request.

    The office is staffed 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. We’ll be pleased to take your order, deal with any queries and generally be as helpful as we can.

    If no-one’s in the office, leave us a message. We have the hardest working answer machine in West Wales, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
